this is a question about carbs.i plan to set up my /6 with an offy intake,dutra duals,mallory ignition set up,dual flowmasters(2.5" straght back).so with all this in mind i had to question my chioce in carburator,originally the holley 4160(390 cfm).a friend suggested that i look into the edelbrock 500 cfm.does anybody have any thoughts on how i should attack this issue. bigman6969170335@aol.com |

If you put in a bigger cam (at least 225 @0.050") and a little headwork, then I'd go with the Edel 500. With stock engine internals, go with the Holley 390. Happy building, Lou |
