Think about making the plate thinner, possibly out of steel with the unused center remover for weight reduction. I could end-up needing / using one so keep us posted. (use it to mount the OD automatic)

Thanks for the help. : : MadMax Yep, the spacer is the same thickness as the adapter plate and spaces the flex plate away from the crank. It has a hole that slip fits snugly over the crank hub. It also has a rim on the rear of it that fits the flex plate hole, and a hole that accepts the torque converter snout. Should be really easy to make on a lathe, and then transfer punch the 6 holes from a Slant Six flex plate. You would then need flex plate bolts longer than the stockers by just the thickness of the adapter. Cheers, Lou
