I have a 82 D-150 that is a super six and has no lean burn, not sure if it came that way from factory or if it had been converted (from lean burn) to electronic igntion. Someone has removed all the vacuum lines from the canister and plugged them. My question is do I need to replumb all the lines to factory spects or is it fine as is. Also I have no emission test to deal with.

The charcoal can is worth keeping. See this thread for info, and this thread for how to hook it up if you no longer have a carburetor equipped to operate it properly.
