I see a pic for Autozone selling Melling solid lifters that are the barbell in the pic. $3.97 a piece.

Anyone confirm or deny if that is what is actually being sold??

There is an idea! I have a set. TRW IIRC they came with my MP cam.

Trying to decipher if my cam is toast or not. Just pulled the cam bottoms of the lifters look good.

Cam has pock marks on a couple lobes. And the fuel pump one has a serious groove!

OK tried to order over the phone. They could only get me 4, I found 4 in Nashville and 8 in Franklin. Melling has discontinued these lifters.


What I did was order a set of "dumbell" lifters by
Sealed Power from Advanced. It will take me a week. They had them listed for $5.49 each and they matched Autozone @ $3.97.
