They are just 2 pieces of strap metal see photo
there should be 2 holes in the sheet metal, and the pieces are in a rather loose Z shape.

My Dart came from New Mexico, where the front license plate is not required. Here in Texas, it is, but the car has no bracket to mount it. Can someone post a photo of what it looks like? I might be able to find it or make one. |

Thanks. That's what I was looking for. My Dart bumper has two holes in the center recessed portion. I was thinking there was something that went there. Now I know what to look for. If all else fails, I can make these. |
