Alright, well
every time I hit around 50mph+ the hood of my '72 dodge dart wabbles on the left and right side of the hood, the middle is secure where it latches.

how do I correct this?

Time to inspect the tires and wheels for defects.

Adjust the left and right front hood stops. They're the round rubber-capped threaded posts at the front corners of the engine bay. "Unscrew" them such that they bear more firmly against the underside of the hood. Make sure the hood sets level when closed, and don't raise the stops so high as to prevent the hood closing fully or to jam the latch.

For what it's worth, some people pay big money for a shaker hood.
