I have a question about the "Super Six" intake. Are they all aluminum, or are there iron 2bbl intakes too? Are all 2 bbl. intakes "Super Six" intakes? If converting from a 1bbl to 2bbl, will the original linkage work, or would I want to get the original linkage from the Super Six car? Anything else special about a Super Six? Any other parts I should try to scavenge? |

Iron and aluminum. Do you have an automatic? Get the kickdown including the lever on the transmission. In short, get the brackets and everything you can. You will need them. Super Six is generally a 2 bbl BBD setup. CJ |

If buying online, I would be patient and wait for an entire setup to show up that includes the brackets and kickdown linkage. If you try buying things one by one, it gets expensive when you start adding everything up (especially shipping). So the entire setups price may seem high at first, but it's going to be much cheaper and much less of a headache in the long run. |

Aluminum, while it sounds like the way to go, really isn't. They leak and crack. Stick with iron. CJ |

Unless you can find the thick solid, not welded aluminum manifold like they used on trucks and a few cars. Those are good quality manifolds. |

Occasionaly the MP M-1's show up. They are a high quality aluminum one. BTW are the tranny levers different on the SS? I bought a complete set up and didn't look at all the parts yet! |

I apologize for hijacking the thread Dave I saw a Cordoba for the first time her in RSA...it is HUGE - always thought it was a bit more scaled down about the size of the Australian Chrysler by Chrysler hard top....it is in fact 2 1/2 feet longer and about a foot to foot and a half wider. Nice lines thou Normal service will now continue

Yes, it's a pretty big car. It is a B-body, and is roughly the same size as my '72 Charger. I love reading the old ads introducing it as the new small Chrysler!
