I ordered the MO3000 rotor at napa , and I went to pick it up and it had the wrong (white) rotor in it .I know i have read in a couple of posts this situation, but has anyone ordered one of these rotors lately and have gotten the right one. The closest place that supposedly had the rotor was in Georgia. Dave |

Just say "no", you won't accept it. They ship whatever's in the warehouse; explain the situation to them and tell them to order until the right one comes in. |

No. The info on that page is out of date; Accel's rotor is a regular short white Chinese one now. Keep insisting at NAPA and you'll get the right one. |

For reference, I will not do business with NAPA anymore as they will not work with their customers, and never have anything in stock. They want you to come in and pay for things before you can order them and it's 50/50 if they actually get the part in on time. Assuming they order the correct part, if they don't they want you to pick up the shipping, I don't think so. |

maybe its that napa, i feel like autozone is terrible across the board, but my napa back in illinois, the guy who runs it loves mopars and i could just tell him i needed any part and hed go get it. that place was across the street from my moms job, so she would frequently bring parts home for us after work (save us almost 40 miles round trip), he gave her the fifth degree about what happened to the dart when she went in one day to pick up a carb kit for a 77 volare when i did the super six conversion, i think for a moment he had her scared that we had drug something else home! |

Our local NAPA reordered (3) times before the long tipped beige one came in. They thought I was crazy until the right one came in. Same kind of problem with the WIX 1806 verses the 1515 oil filter. They thought I was nuts till they heard the difference in my engine start ups! Keep after them to get it right! |

Andy: I know the search function of this board works as well for you as it does for me. The link to the MO-3000 thread with pics has been posted at least half a dozen times by me alone, and several more times by others. I'm not posting it again. Go find it, please. |

I think it depends on the Napa. The one in my town is great. I made my first order and had to prepay. All orders since no prepay and they have done things (Blaster 3 coil comes to mind) cheaper and faster then Summit or Jegs could ever have. I asked about the coil in the afternoon and the next morning I had it in hand all for about $3.00 more than summit not including summit shipping and handling. You can bet I was looking for that tan rotor with .060 longer tip when I opened the box on my MO3000 having heard all the stories but I got lucky I guess. My Napa however could not get the BlueStreak cap or the plug wire drool covers. Anyway, sorry to hear your Napa sucks. This stuff is tough enough when the auto parts store is tip top. |

i really have been trying to find more stuff before asking since im doing so much on my dart now. i just want to make sure i do things right, im a young guy who barely knows what hes doing and im doing it by myself. trying to keep my slant and do things different than everyone who just throws a hemi in it. i havent had much luck with the search function on other things lately. i thought it might be beneficial for others who see this thread. mo-3000 ![]() wrong one
