Does your Holley have the Mopar specific thottle lever adapter? If not, you will want to get one.
Without it, you will not get full throttle travel. It also gives you a place to connect a kickdown if your running an automatic.

The flat stock got used for return springs on mine, and my Lokar hooks into the long one.

Edit: Here's a fuzzy picture of the adapter bolted to the Holley throttle lever.
