Hi, does anybody know where I can find weatherstrip for Dodge Diplomat 1979 (4 door sedan) drivers door? Chrysler part# 3875 392 3 Chyrsler LeBaron and maybe also Dodge Aspen uses the same seal. |

'62 Lancer door gasket/windlace is available from Metro Moulded Parts. All other body weatherstripping for the '62 is available ex Australia; see this post. The Diplomat 4-door door weatherstrip P/Ns are same thru final year 1989, but are no longer supplied by Chrysler; "go fish" at Metro or Restoration Specialties per linked post. |

thank you for the tip what a great site...I called wildcats as well and they suggested "Andy Burnbaum auto parts inc.".. oldmoparts.com I called them both and were very nice people..they both laughed when I told them what car I have and said they would have to look and call back in the morning...So goes the battle...thanks again for the tip |

well I called back..get this, 75 bucks for a 63 dart weather strip package...250 bucks for a 62 lancer package. yup he even used the word hardtoget....ahhhhhggg..just not fair. |

If you go to the sources listed in the post linked above, looking for 1962 Valiant weatherstripping, you'll easily find everything you need. Note that the Australian designation for what is considered a "1962 Valiant" in the U.S. is "SV1". |

62 valiant....very nice, I just ran into a guy with a 65 Valiant. If had a tape measure I would have measured his doors on the spot. Thanks |
