Woke up with a car that didn't want to start
removed starter and tested starter engaged my thought was starter relay purchased new relay with 1 extra terminal grounded extra to mount.
I have not recieved replacement with correct terminal configuration yet but I am anticipating problem will still exist. I am using this a as a daily driver. I am starting it by using a remote starter connected to battery / stater. I have been reading about nuetral safety switch . I have no idea of location. I have not done any check on ignition switch yet any suggestions as to where to look. Oh and by the way ( silly question )
There are no fuses in this car are there !

Help us help you by listing a few details about your Savoy, such as year, transmission type, and any upgrades that you know of.

Dose the starter spin, but not engage the ring gear? Or, no spinning at all when key turned is to start, just clicking.

Are your battery terminals nice and clean, and do you have good serviceable cables, clean clamps, and good connections to the starter?

Have you checked the battery's voltage output?

Have you tested your old starter relay with a VOM to see if it is indeed not working?

Cables are clean
Starter when ignition turned to On ( No Reaction )
Battery output is correct
Checked the old relay for resistance and checked out @18 ohms then dropped when connection made( indicating that relay is functioning.

I just purchased the car so details are unknown
just tuned running good 18 miles /gallon city / highway commute 18 each way
Manual 3 speed on the column shifter

The man has a car with a manual transmission, so it hasn't got a neutral safety switch. The "extra" terminal on his new starter relay is because the relay is for an automatic-trans application; the "extra" terminal grounds the relay trigger coil via the neutral safety switch. Manual-trans starter relays have the relay trigger coil grounded via the relay housing, so grounding the "extra" terminal is just fine, it accomplishes the same thing.

Sounds like the fault is in the wiring between ignition switch and starter relay, between starter relay and starter, or in the ignition switch itself. None of these faults is difficult to find or fix.
