I know that I need the '63-66 oil pan and pickup, the k member is the same right? Is there anything else I'd need suspension wise??

Nope! Going from 8 to six is easy. You need the oil pan, pickup, and motor mounts, as well as exhaust, tranny, tranny cooling lines (if applicable) and flexy radiator hoses to make the v-8 radiator work with the slant. Otherwise, all other parts would be considered "upgrades" for a slant six car.
