Hi, can someone tell me the Mopar part # for the
speedo cable (just the cable, not the housing) for a 63' Plymouth Valiant?

If you check out the new interactive database <A HREF="http://www.slantsix.org/parts/">http:// ... /parts/</A> there are three speedometer cables listed, one for a '64 Dart (complete) and two universal. Just type in "speedometer cable" under the search function. Maybe one of these will work. If not, and you do find the correct P/N for the '63, you can add it to the database.
By the way Chuck can you give an address where we can send donations to help you pay for this?

Thanks Bob, everyone can show support in some way. Chuck spends money every month to "keep the lights on" with this message board. It comes out of his own pocket and he does it because he loves the old Darts and Valiants. (He owns a 63 Dart Convert.)

Thanks, Doug. This thread was posted while I was out of town. I still have a lot of stumper bickers ;) and I sure would like to get this database software. All contributions are greatly appreciated. (And if you need a new computer, consider ordering a Dell from the link on our main page. A (small) commission goes to pay for the board, but you pay the same price as ordering it from the Dell web site.)
