ohh, keep the 63 original, and supe up the 67. My friend has a 67 sweptline with a 340 stroker, 2 toned paint, tunnel ram with high rise stickin out of the hood, and weld racing wheels, it looks awesome, even though i keep convincing him to slant it up lol.
if you keep up with the 63 and keep it as stock and original as possible, your returns will be much greater then doing any mods to it, but with the 67, it almost seems opposite, so if i where you i would make it a rod, and please get rid of that non power steering, my arms ache after driving my buddies, but it also reminds me of how valuable life is when roasting the tires at 1200 rpms
