is the 3spd crossmember the same as a 4spd on a 64 dart? how much of the clutch linkage interchanges between the two? I would assume all of it. and driveshafts, are they the same? thanks

Yes, yes and yes.
The only issue is with the Z-bar bell crank bracket, on the bell housing, there are a few different one that match the year of the bell houshing and the chassis type.
