I got a 7448 holley carb with 64 jets on a stock slant and timed at 10A.
Got 22 vacuum at idle and no leaks but when a use the ported vacuum
it always stalls when putting in to gear. Engine is a 86 with a late 70's distributors and a HEI Setup. It idles good but cant stop it from stalling, maybe carb is to lean with 54 jets. Thanks

Have you checked the vacuum advance for a leakage?
