We are doing a super six swap. Aluminum intake is not threaded for a sensor that the old 1bbl is.

Anything that will keep us from passing non visual smog check?

The other hole is getting used for the power brake line.

Nope. If they're not doing a California-style visual inspection against a specific list of every last widget that's supposed to be on that particular car, as long as the car's tuned correctly and running properly you'll pass smog no problem.

Any idea what that widget is? There is a place cast into the #6 runner. It isn't drilled or tapped.

Only thing I have ever seen in that place is a vacuum tree with about 6 lines coming off of it of various sizes.

That is threaded into the other hole. There is a 2 wire sensor that goes into the other one.

I want to see if this thing passes the test in Nashville with the air pump siezed.

Thanks for the offer. He may pass without the pump. IIRC he passed last year.
