I saw this and thought it might be of use in '63-'66 A-bodies, which have little room between the water pump and the radiator.

SIDEWINDER (scroll about halfway down)

It's an electric fan with the motor offset to the outer edge, and some sort of drive mechanism. 17.6" diameter, 2400 cfm.

Pretty pricey: $420 :shock:

Darn.

Guess I'll go back to my dual-fan plans.

Head out to the junk yard with a tape measure.

I have 3 or 4 Volvo fans. They'll handle a turbo motor.

How thick are those Volvo fans? Diameters? There's not a lot of room between the radiator core and the water pump pulley bolt heads.
