Joel, are there any flat top 2.2 pistons left in the hypereutectic or forged, any bore size? And one other thing, why you selling the Valiant? Afraid I'm finally gonna whoop ya this year at St. Louis? (Just kidding!) Thanks! Dennis

Dennis, there are 31 of the L2502F std. forged pistons left in Federal-Moguls possesion. We never had a hypereutectic flat top available. Doug Dutra got the last L2502F 1.0MM o/s pistons. The standard L2502F pistons are still .045" oversized for a slant six. Once these are gone there will be no more forged "off the shelf" piston left.

As for why I'm selling the Valiant, I thought it would give you a better chance at winning Mark's money at Kansas City.(just kidding) In reality I just have too many toy's at this busy time in my life and something has got to go. I can't afford to build another garage to store everything in and I can't leave the Valiant sitting outside all the time so either it's got to go or my 73 Cuda has to go.(I plan on getting rid of it also since I also have a 72 Cuda I want to make into a real race car.) So now you see my dilema. In reality the Valiant will probobly never go anywhere because I doubt anyone would actually give me what I want for it. Take Care

Thanks Joel, can you e-mail a price on 6 of those? I'm really interested. I won't be in KC this year, I have a points race at RT66 I'm going to. Dennis

Dennis, I can get you 6 for $300 including taxes and shipping. My suggestion is to buy 7 or 8 so you will have a spare. Let me know if you want to do that.

Rick, Let me know where you are located at so I can figure out how to get them to you and how much the shipping is going to cost. I will let you know how much after that.
