My 69 Valiant has drums all around 9" with the small bolt pattern

I would like to upgrade to a disc brakes and with the bigger bolt pattern if possible

but many sites I have visited there no options for the 9 inches

what is my best bet here?

I have found this but there is no info on the pattern

Thanks

If you do not want to use '73-up Mopar disc brakes (which is a perfectly good option; they work well and parts are widely available and relatively inexpensive), you could get the Scarebird conversion; see here.

"DoctorDiff" offers late model Cobra rotors/calipers in a kit for the front of our cars.
See this thread as well for more info.

I vote for '73 style discs or if you want to keep small bolt pattern go with scarebird. I have one of each on my darts like them both.

You have two options for installing disk brakes, as I see it. #1 is to fit the 65-72 KH disc brakes to your Valiant. This would leave you on SBP wheels which need to be at least 14". The 13" wheels will not clear the calipers. For this, all you would need would be the brakes, spindles, master cylinder, proportioning valve and all related hardware.

#2 Install the 73-76 disk brake setup. Take the shopping list from above and add the upper control arms. If you want to keep from carrying two spare tires, something will need to be done about the rear.

I have used the #2 option on both of my Darts. To cure the spare tire issue, I installed a BBP 7¼ rear axle on the /6 Dart Custom and an 8.75 BBP on the V-8 Demon. There is no aftermarket support for the 7¼ other than bearings and gaskets. It's OK if you don't hammer on it much. The 8¼ does have some aftermarket gear support and will take a bit more abuse. The 8.75 is tough to kill. As a result they are in high demand and short supply. Aftermarket support for it is great, however.

If you don't have parts laying around already, and you add up what it really costs, the 73-76 big bolt pattern conversion really stands out as the most solid option.

I went through this a few years ago.

Small bolt pattern leaves very few wheel options and they are expensive.
The larger ball joints are quite a bit less expensive too. You might as well rebuild the front end while you are at it.

Using the factory parts gives you a ready engineered system and bigger brakes all around at that. Parts are off the shelf and easy to get down the road. Even the 7" BBP rear has bigger wheel bearings, which is a plus.

You won't have any regrets with the BBP conversion. I would just look around and try to gather up the parts.

"NOTE: There are two five lug patterns in the hub (5 x 4.50 and 5
x 4.75). Make sure of the correct hole pattern for the correct wheel application before installing studs into hub."- that was from the willwood kit

im running into the same issue i need to replace my brakes but im having a hard time finding 9' drums for the front i already had my wheels (14's)powdercoated mounted on new bfgs so i would like to keep the small wheel bolt pattern
