I am currently running a 74 225 A904 combination and I have found a 84 225 from a truck with a standard tranny. My question is will the 84 motor bolt up to my A904 tranny or will I have to change the tranny as well. I am currently having no problems with my set-up just looking for an insurance policy should I need it. Thank you and have a Great Day! Jim

Yes, with no problem.
