Still can't figure out how to post photos of my Slanted 41. I'm a hobbiest upholster of old cars. You can see photos of the 41 at tomsupholstery.blogspot.com |

Engine Bay Front end Best I could do... Was trying to see the pic from your other post, only way was to put it in my browser address bar. Great car by the way! I bet you enjoy driving it every chance you get. Also it looks like you do awesome upholstery work. Whose headers are those? |

Post subject: | Headers, |
Thanks, we do enjoy driving it, a lot! I had ordered the headers from Clifford. They sent them to Jet Hot, who coated them and sent them to me. That was ten years ago and they still look great. They have nice, thick flanges, which is usually what a my V8 friends notice when they first see them. Can you give me a little, idiots guide to posting my photo? I just can't seem to get it right. I have photos on the Kodak web, but could not find a URL there. So I opened a Shutter Fly account, and saved two photos of my Slanted 41. There I found the URL, but when I hit Img (above, second from right) then clicked on Img down here in the text, then copied the URL......all that showed up was the URL, not the photo?? Thanks for any help with this. Tom |

Hi slanted41. Very nice car, just the right color, and the best engine in a nice engine room. I have one question for you though. Pictures can be deceptive when it comes to angles and distances, but isn't your fuel line awfully close to the exhaust pipe from #1 cylinder? Take a look at the articles about 'Fuel line mod' here for inspiration. (Braided line would look awesome!) Regarding your pictures, here is the code I used for this picture: [ img]http://folk.uio.no/olafla/menusign.jpg[/img] The reason you can see the code is that there is a space in the text between [ and img. No spaces = fine pictures! Good luck. Olaf |

See whether shutterfly has an faq about linking to photos. I suspect your problem could be related to their site. |

Thanks for the tips , Olaf. It did not work off shutterfly, because a password is needed to get into there. But when I attached the img from my blog, it worked. So, there's a few photos of my '41 Chevy....Tom |
