| Post subject: | Trailer straps |
I've been looking for straps to go over and around the drag slicks on my car. The largest I've found are for 8" wide tires. (SummitRacing) Any leads on straps that capture larger slicks? If not, I guess I can make my own. Be nice to leave that detail to somebody else, and pay attention to something a bit more relevant to going down the strip! CJ |

Thanks! I wonder why they wouldn't come up with anything bigger than the 8" jobs when I searched? I'll pop into a trailer place tomorrow. I'll be covering from Corvallis to Eugene tomorrow, then have to run up to Portland in the morning Tuesday for a corporate thing. Should be able to nail something down!  CJ |

Check places that specialize in roundy-round stuff. Some have tire hold downs that adjust. |
