just had a quick question i noticed that on the for sale section there are exhaust manifolds for sale but are for 73+yrs. i have a 67 engine /6, will the exhaust pocket even make a diff if i decide to go with the electric choke? |

The '73+ manifold will fit and work fine in your '67 with the electric choke. Since you (at the moment) have the option, get a genuine Chrysler manifold rather than one of the aftermarket items which don't fit as well. |

so i went ahead and ordered the electric choke part #1231 and the holes do not match up with the holes on the manifold(73+) will it still work by slotting the holes on the electric choke? or do i need the part#1234 |

Slotting the holes will be fine. A choke #1233 will fit precisely. A #1234 has a wrong-way bend in the top end of the choke rod; won't connect to any but a 1974 or later carb choke lever. |
