Post subject:  9 1/4 clutch disc

I'm still, again, looking for a replacement clutch disc (just the disc)
I had this one shipped over
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/clutch-d ... ccessories
But it got damaged during transport, plus the friction material is rock hard which makes me doubt that it's a good street clutch.
Then I came across this one
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/87-91-2- ... ccessories

Can I use this disc with my 9 1/4 clutch assembly?
Will it fit on my standard 1967 A833
Will it handle the torque of my standard 72 225 with super six intake.

The reason I ask this is because the original 9 1/4 clutch disc can not be found at a local car parts store, but the one from the dakota might be, since it's a little more recent.

Thanks,

Antoon

I didn't see a location for you. I'd look and se eif there's a clutch/driveline place nearby; there's one not too far from here. they can reface your disc and build you a pressure plate to your specs, as well. I'd look in a phone book and see if you have a similar place near you. local warranty (as much of one's usually on a clutch anyway) and don't have to worry about dealing cross country.

there are no shops like that around here. I come from the netherlands, so the search always goes through the internet.
