I have a 66 valiant with an auto trans and a 225 engine that is stock with only 30,000 original miles. I want to upgrade to a two barrel carb. I was thinking of either the Holley 2300 or 5200. I would use it on a used slant six two barrel intake with an adaptor for the Holley. Do you think that the 2300 350cfm is a better choice? I also have air cond. Is there any difference I need to know when choosing an intake? Will all two barrel intakes match up with my existing exhaust manifold? I have the cable style throttle which should work and I know I will have to modify my trans kick down and choke. Thanks for the info |

For a stock 66 motor, I would recommend the Holley 2280 carb. The Super Six intake should work fine with A/C. |
