In my past I have been involved in many forms of automotive racing, I'm currently in my 8th full season of off road desert racing. In the years I have found a lack of choice when it comes to mufflers. With this said me and a sponsor have started to develop our own mufflers. This are very close to a "borla" style, but with three options-a all out race muffler 400 plus hp, a streetable but for under 400hp but very nice sound, and third a pure street muffler great for daily drivers that still need good flow. We have already had multiple dyno runs on many vehicles with the lowest hp gain at 6 and the highest at 16. We will be dynoing my current race truck in the next month or so with a forecast of 18 to 20 hp gain. I do have some you-tube video I will post along with pics. of the muffler complete.

What I would like to offer is if I can get 10 on order I will price them at 65.00 each if I can get 15 plus 55.00 each. You can get any of the three option. Our retail price is set at 99.99 so I'm trying to give the biggest discount I can for my fellow slant lovers. Sizes range from 2" to 3". If you have ANY questions please ask as i'm more then happy to answer. We can custom build any muffler from super quiet to it just looks like a mufflers 8) , but I can not include custom mufflers in the group buy. I know alot of people already have their exhuast done but their is also alot of people in the build process.

If I can get an idea on sound vs. HP, I'm likely interested. I have a big (50 series) Flowmaster on my '64 Dart and it is too boomy, 3" single exhaust.

Sorry i have not got the video up, I just went up to L.A. to get some more materials so I will be making about 10 this week. I will have pics soon. On horsepower to sound I can make a really high flow muffler still really quiet, like I said I will get some video on here soon sorry for the delay.

If you can do that for the SL6 and get it under the car with out it hanging down and not sound raspy or noisey at 2500 rpm, that would be quite a feat!
I would be interested in one. :D

Turbo's are raspy, FlowMaster's are boomy and have bad resonance at certain rpms ranges, and long body MagnaFlows are much better but still require a 2" diameter resonator to behave at all rpms especially above 2650 rpm.

Sorry guys Iam have been out of town and will not return until the 21st to get the video up. I just put a set of my mufflers on my race truck which is a 10.5 to 1 big cam 302 and under 3000 rpms it sound like a sunday driver but at 6k it sounds like a nascar so I hoping for the same effect on a sl6. When I get back into town I will be putting one on my dart to see how it does but mine is stock so I might need someone with a built one to try it out. If anyone would be willing to put on on thiers that has a built sl6 I will ship one out for free. ted if you would like let me know I will send one to you, you know the sl6 VERY well, if you decide to do it I will call you so we can get the lenght and everything.

Go for at least and 18" long body that is the max length for the stock location, 4 to 5" thick and up to 10 to 12" wide...
The pipe should come in and exit at opposite corners.
