I just ordered a set of front springs (coils) for my truck along with all new bushings (its a truck; I went poly) on the springs, everyone local wanted $186; that's about 2-1/2X what I last spent on a set of D series 72-93 Dodge truck springs; I've had it with the driver side lean. it has definitely gotten worse since last summer! New Moog front springs; $90; Strut rod bushings; $20-poly, $32 rubber; upper and lower bushings $52-rubber/$30-poly I know the debate about bushing material but I really liked the ones I'd gotten from them for my departed '01 Cherokee from them; my replacement 97 cherokee has the same clunks/rattles the 01 did, pre-poly bushing; so being my truck's a 3/4 ton I'm gonna try them on that! But I've bought from them before and always had great service and good pricing; I found out only AFTER having my Volare's rear leafs rearched and a leaf added that I coulda gotten brand new ones cheaper from this place than having my old ones rebuilt. Definitely worth a call to these guys if doing a suspension overhaul! |

Yep, they're a classy operation. Hey, check the rubber body mounts on your leaning truck. Energy Suspension has a poly replacement kit for these mounts, which finally eliminated the lean and actually reduced in-cab noise since the cab was more sturdily mounted and couldn't shift as much. |
