well some idiot t boned me smashed uu the rear quarter witch i can fix pretty good but the door piller got crushed about an 1/2 in inch inward .. can i pull this out with a winch an heat????

You may want to talk with a good body shop with a frame rack about pulling / straightening the door piller, then you do the sheetmetal body work and paint prep.
