Well, I've started the mods/fabrication on an EFI intake, using an early Clifford piece.

After being quoted $100-$120, by a couple shops, for machining the needed holes into the runners, I went into cheapskate mode and figured it out for myself.

Had to fab-up a fixture that enabled me to do the job with a twenty-one dollar rotary file/burr and a drill press, (available at work), maintaining the proper 45* angle. IMO, it worked quite well.

Yes, I'm taking pics as I go along in order to draft up a "chapter" for an ongoing article, from a nuts/bolts viewpoint. It's a little slow going for me, so please be patient.

Oh, and if anybody's interested, the fixture is available for use, but it might get a touch pricey UPS'ing it to the ends of the country.
