I'm totally new to slant 6 and I love old dodges pickups. Just got my first rounded up I'm thinking high-rev sand and alittle mud got a stock 225 just wondering where to start with bolt on mods til I get the money saved for an rebuild

Welcome on the board. Where to start? Start by getting everything in shape and working correctly and learning how it all works as designed, before you start making changes. Tune-up parts and technique suggestions are in this thread. Carburetor operation and repair manuals and links to training movies and carb repair/modification threads are posted here for free download. The engine will need periodic valve adjustment. Get the books described in this thread as quickly as you're able.
