This quote from my dad comes to mind: "Is poor motor going to spin all of that rubber?" They did put the 225 in the 3/4 ton dodges in the 80's, I am not sure if they were offered with a dual package, but it would look sharp. The 80's rams had a small flare to cover the the outside wheel and I think it looks a lot better then the big bubbled out beds. |

yup; I remember a buddy parting out a 79 Dually with a /6 maybe 10-12 years ago. had the NP 435 granny gear trans. |

my dad had a 76 d350 dump truck with a slant.used it till the frame broke then reinforced it ad drove it another 15 years.then he sold it to a landscaper and I saw it a year ago still running |
