My FSM fails to show any rear seat belt installation diagram for my 64 Dodge Dart and I am wondering if they were a factory installed item in that year. If not, how would you do this installation so as to provide the proper degree of safety? Thank you. |

I did not have any in my '64 Dart. They were probably an option? Best to look at a '65-up car or diagrams and weld some large (2" or bigger) and thick (0.090" or thicker) washers to the underside of the floor where your bolts will go through. Lou |

Anchorage points are present from the factory -- the belts themselves were optional. |
