i rebuild the 1945 carb that was on my slant when i bought my truck
I also picked up a 1920 model at a swap meet any opinions on either them? mabe its just me but i don't care for the 1945.

The principles discussed in this post apply. Which exact 1920 and which exact 1945 are we talking about? They made both kinds of carburetors for a lot of years with a lot of variations.

i'm not exactly sure of the model numbers other than the ones i listed but both that i have are vacuum advance and non emission carbs.
i base this assumtions on little amount of vacuum lines on each. if that helps any. ill take a look at casting number on each.

Naw, they ain't. There's nothing such as a non-emission 1945. The carb type numbers are stamped right into the carb itself; go look closer. Carburetor manuals are here; refer to them to figure out where the numbers are stamped.
