Has anyone purchased one from these people? I have seen them referenced here for a fuel pump upgrade, but what about the manuals? The price seems about the going rate, at 70 USD for a new manual, but they've gone a bit further and spiral-bound the book for guys like me. I'd appreciate any input you have regarding shop manuals, as I'm looking for a 1969 Plymouth Valiant. Then and Now claims its Plymouth manual covers all models. Thanks for your time!

I am not familiar with them. Do they have a web site? I tried to find them but with no luck. I have a CD manual but would really be interested in a spiral bound one. Sounds like the ticket. Thanks

The factory '69 manual did indeed cover all Plymouth models. I have no experience with Then & Now's manuals; don't know if they're authorised reprints or what. If it's the same Then & Now that I've been buying fuel pump rebuild kits from since the 1980s, they're a reliable vendor, but are you sure it's the same people?

Dan,

It's the same Then & Now. The link is on their home page, called Lisa's Library. It says reprints, spiral bound. Just wondered if anyone here had one, as they look like the best deal to me. Not in price terms, maybe I could find cheaper, but the spiral binding is the ticket- I like to lay it out and look while doing. I'm ordering Monday, so I'll let you all know!

Just got my manual from Then & Now! It's amazing! I'm very happy with the speed and quality of this reprint. The pictures and print are all very clear. In the space of five minutes, I've answered my latest boggle about the automatic transmission. The spiral binding is worth the little bit extra already. I recommend these people for their manuals absolutely!

And no, I don't work for these guys
