hello slant guys:
i am trying to build a blowthru slants 6 (225cid)here in mexico but i want to set the engine with the stock crank and rods, but i`m using the 2.2L turbo pistons because i read that they are better to stand the heat than the 225 stock piston. my problem is that the 2.2l piston is a bit shorter thant the 225 and that makes my CR too low, but i though that is i put a 198 road the CR incrises.
the big problem is the 198 engine wasent buid in mexico. I was wondering is any of you guys have a spare set of 198 rod for sale and how much would they cost to ship them here.

There is a set of 198 con rods selling on ebay now and a source for them listed in our parts data base.
