Just so you know somebody is out here the answer is yes.You can rebuild the dist or pickup another and replace the whole shebang.Do a search on dist recurves and it'll give you some different vac advance part numbers.

Don't know what you'll find in a 'high-end' Mopar dist and anything that will seal well for off-roading you'll probably have to build yourself.Put an add in the wanted section here on the forum and check in the Slanted Network for leads on 'new old stock' like oldcarpartsNW.Here's a link

Well I've got three of them with the /6 4spd now and my daily driver(the 83) has a few extra goodies on it so mpg isn't real good, best of about 17mpg.Now the 79 4x4 with 360/727 thats maybe 10mpg but it's all relative I guess sort of a if it needs gas put some in 8)

Pathfinder was a 4x4 conversion company.Back in the day you'd order you're new Dodge van(also ford, chev)from your dealer and they would have it sent from factory to Pathfinder who would do the conversion then send it along to your dealer for delivery to you.Dodges were called Vanchargers, google Thunders garage and try www.pathfinder-vans.com for more info/parts etc.
I fixed the link

just like quigley and ford i didn't know that. so that van is 4x4 thats sick .my b150 4x4 was built buy phil baril. hes a pretty popular race car driver over here in n.e. but to have everything dodge must be nice i have so many problems ordering parts because my motors outa a ramcharger with the slant and torquflight tranny.but the axles and half the suspension and driveshaft are chevy blazer. its a blast though putting all my friends in it and hittin the trails .no seat belts hell of a ride. does pathfinder still exist?

thanks jimbo
