I've tried to find this by searching and reading articles, but so far, it's eluded me. How big of valves can you put in the slant six head ( 1976) before you have to make other mods besides the opening they go in?

I found a set of stainless valves, intake and exhaust for cheap, for a slant six, which are 1.77 and 1.44 and I just wondered if I can get the machine shop to set these up in my head without needing to do any notching or other mods.
