Hi to all. I have been looking for websites a long time so I am totaly new. What I am looking for is tunning data on my Valiant 3.7 litre slant six to increase economics and power output. If there is anybody who can mail it to me, iwould be glad. I am living in South Africa. My adress is: willie@tsma.co.za. Many thanks.

Hi,

If you use the search function, you will find pretty much everything you can.
Also in the Engine section look at the "stickys" In here is lots of useful tips for your slant 6.

I'm guessing no one answered you as most of the data is already available on this website just search for it.

On my 225 I've had the head ported and polished, extractors put in, put in a 350 holley with long runner intake, going to shave the head to increase comp, put a new ignition with bigger coil and it's made a noticeable difference.

For economy put in a 4speed auto or better.

Welcome to the site. Brussell has a good suggestion about using the "search" function.

It would also be very helpful if you could be more specific about your questions.

Best wishes,

Lou

Welcome to the site!
Tuning will not be the same for every slant six across the years, so post some info about what car you have, and what year it was made. Also, have you made any modifications to it?
Also check out the "articles" section on the home page of this site.

hello,
specific information identifying your car, with year and engine configuration is essential before you can expect any useful information.
We are not mind readers, so are not able to guess what you really want.
However,if you contact Fanie Gerber fanie.gerber@valiant50.co.za I am sure he can help you at a local level.
This site may help you also.
