Hi, What's the biggest rear wheel size for a VC Valiant, Would I have to shorten the axle for wider wheels...? |

Boy, that's a loaded question. Starting with do you want to cut the fenders or move springs and tub the wheel wells. On my '65 Dart which appears to have the same lines as your VC, I am running 15x7 rims along with a 235x60 tire. This fits the wheel wells quite nicely, with about 1" of clearence from the leaf springs and 1" from the wheel well lip. |
