Won't work without major modifications. Unless you plan on building an adapter to mount the Aspen longitudinal k-frame onto the frame of the A-body. That might be done, but you would need to cobble the steering linkage and put a lift on the rear.

I dont know but I think it would be a pain due to the transverse torsion bars.

Wow. Why?

That newer isn't necessarily better certainly applies in this case. There are no good technical reasons I can fathom to support butchering an A-body in this manner.

Are you talking the whole front end or just the 'front clip' (aka fenders, grille, bumper, trim, gussets)?

The hood would be problematic since the A- body has the cowl venting as part of the body, and the F-body has it as part of the hood...but if you don't mind body work...

I think if you did it to a dart and used an F-body clip someone would probably call it a "Fart"...

Why replace a well designed double wishbone suspension with a pile of crap?

Hey now, the F-body suspension isn't a total pile of crap. In a daily driver it is very comfy and plenty strong. It was only the severe duty cop cars hat had issues with the frames cracking. Lots of classic truck guys use the F/M/J/ body front suspension to upgrade the front suspension on their pickups to independent torsion bar suspension with disc brakes.

I think the track width would be your major stumbling block in using the F/M body setup,I put one under a studebaker, wife`s daily ride had it for years and it worked well, but the factory stude stuff was garbage, this gave us a modern front suspension and disc brakes,it was quite a feat of fabrication though, did it in the carport, had a 360 and 727, I guess we coulda used the slant engine too.
