a points based system . Is the petronix ignitor II or II good ? Seems they get rid of the ballast resistor , that a plus ? Looking for reliability . Thanks |

I understand the Petronics is good (never run one), but if something should go wrong, you cannot just go to your local part store and get replacement parts. That is why I like the HEI. works very well, inexpensive, parts available anywhere. Down side, you do need to buy a Chrysler electronic "vacuum advance" distributor. Which is only a down side from a purchashing standpoint. |

pertronix now available at NAPA. from the performance catalog. just got a flamethrower coil from them. but did take a few days to get in, fair price. andy. |
