I will be installing a Weber 32/36 DGV manual choke carburetor on my slant 6.One thing i noticed in the instructions is that the carburetor bowl vent is supposed to go to the charcoal cannister. My car doesn't have one,so would blocking this off with a plug cause vapour/pressure buildup inside the bowl ? Or would it be better to run a bit of pipe with some sort of filter on the end ? Cheers Greg |

I'm not an expert on carbs, but I think you would be better off with the pipe filter idea, rather than blocking it off. Or, you could probably just let it vent as is. Anybody else? |

I would just let it vent to air. Frank |
