Hey guys, I am looking into putting ruster on a serious diet over the winter,

I just ordered A 'Glass hood and trunk - I should have it By santa Time! YAY.

I will be gutting most of the doors and Possibly replacing the Glass with lexan over the winter as well.

All of the fiberglass sites list fenders for 70- up valiant / duster of course. and some sites list fenders for the 67 and 69 Valiant but not the 68.

If I bought the 67 or 69 fenders would they fit on my 68?? I know the body lines will not look right but this is ruster -

No offence Greg, they couldnt look too much worse than that right frt fender. If the body lines dont line up, sticker it there.Dont think the quarters can get much lighter.I like your game plan.Guzzi Mark

Realistically, the only differences between the 7-8-9 fenders should be the marker light, and fenders usually come with no hole cut anyway.

'70 fenders will be different at the front IIRC.

That makes sense... I just want to make sure they will fit with the hood and everything else.

Fender interchange is '67-'69, '70 is the new style.
