The weather station on Samoa is at 3ft. above mean sea level Elevation. The track should be the same. |

Thanks Bruce, I thought it would be pretty low. I am guessing The west coasters love that low air there! Greg |

Are you planning a big trip, Greg?? Lowest track I've raced is the now defunct Carlsbad Raceway in SoCal. 30-50 ft above sea level. Rockingham is quite low, as is Mason-Dixon. Lou |

Mid Westerners like it too. Exner Geek set his personal best Time and took home all of the trophies. |

Thanks all - I just happened to stumble across some of Terry's Video of the Samoa Track on Photo bucket and the times just seemed really fast. No trips planned there yet. Greg |

We get negative elevations here in the spring and fall on occasion. We had -700' at RT 66 one morning. Guys were setting new bests left and right. An hour later it was +1700' and everyone slowed down at least 2 tenths. |

I guess thats why the April season opener at Mission Raceway in Vancouver is sposed to be good....el 30ft , air temp 50f , 70 humidity. I raced in Valemont BC this summer.....corrected altitude 7500ft. Next race Chilliwack BC temp 102f , corrected altitude -70ft ......its enought to make me think about EFI |

Good to know about the Burgh, I got around 800 to 1200 when ever I asked. Vegas is around 2280. Most of the time adjusted altitude is about 3300. Just wanted to pass along. |
