I am looking for a vacuum operated heater control valve for my 1975 Dart with AC. I am having no luck finding an OEM replacement and Autozone, Advance Auto, and NAPA want me to just try and make this or that fit to the car. I would like to know if anybody knows where I can find the correct part.

Thanks,

Chris

Yes, no luck yet. "Ebag" always has plenty but nothing for the slant 6. Many of the pictures Ebay are just a canned picture so I don't know what the actual part looks like and I afraid to purchase a part without seeing it.

Thanks,

Chris

Try rockauto, they usually have pictures.

You'll probably have to look under various makes and models..............

I tried rockauto and no luck at first but then I tried '76 a-bodies and f-bodies and there it was. The bracket is not included but I will transfer my control valve bracket to the new unit. Thanks Doc and Ed for the help. Found a part in less than 5 hours after looking for weeks... you guys are great.

Thanks,

Chris

I got the part and epoxied the OEM bracket to the new heater control valve. It looks pretty close to the original and it will do the job.
