my engine jumped time got a new chain and gears lined up the dots put the dist on number one tdc 0 on the timeing tag on the cover new cap plugs wirers now all it wants to do is pop through the carb HEEEELLLLPPPP about to get 5 gal of gas and one match!!!!!!!!!! can any one help |

With the dots lined up on the timing set that's usually #6 firing, not #1. Line up the timing mark on the damper and if it's pointing at #1 swap it to #6, or if it's #6, swap it to #1. |

thanks for the help got it to run now i just need to get fuel up to the carb car has been sitting for 2 years pump or filter are bad runs on startn fluid figure it out sunday thanks again for your help |

Be careful with starting fluid. You can wash down the cylinder walls (even more so because it has been siting) and score or even seize the pistons. |
