Hi, Spring last year when I first got the car I could push it very easily on a flat by myself in netural hand brake all the way off.

Not it's a huge effort! And no I didn't get weaker -_-.
I'm guessing the brakes are some how stuck on and not sure on any quick ways to find out.

it's a 67 VC valiant with drumk brakes all round.

How would I find out if the drums, or hand brake are sticking...?

Thanks.

Jack up each wheel, and give it a twirl… Remember if you have a Suregrip (posi) both rear wheels need to be off the ground & gear box in neutral.

Had the same thing on my 64 Belvedere, front brake cylinder was the culprit. Now I know that this may sound stupid but check the air in the tires. Had a 78 Corvette in the shop that was a bear to push. Only had 20 psi in the tires. Upped it to 40 and was pushing it around with one hand.
