I have a problem, my brake lights barely light then when I put on the turn signal they come on really bright. My reverse lights do not come on but the taillights do and are very faint. All bulbs and fuses are good. Any ideas? there are alot of splices where the bulkhead connection used to be, they all melted together so I cut the bad wires and spliced the rest.

Where can I look for the ground wire for the taillights & turnsignals?

This was the taillight ground. Once I grounded it the reverse, rear indicator, brake and taillights started working again.
