I have had a few requests for any leftover sets. I only have one extra. So, I called Cloyes to see if they would do another sale, and got a yes. I would need to order at least 10 sets. So if any missed out on the original deal, and would like one, please answer in this thread. |

Here is the pricing info., copied from the other thread: _________________________________________ ...The part number you need for the SL6 timing set is CS225MS. For the next 10+ sets, Hand Matched to OEM centerline dimension, price of $73.00 per set... The shipping will be a USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box, at $10.95. Insurance if wanted will be an additional $2.25 for $100. Looks like Canada will be $27.95, insurance not available. I will take Paypal "personal cash transfer" (no credit card or "business" transfers) Paypal acct. flturbo6@aol.com Please send me a PM with your mailling addy. Also will take a Postal MO for those that would rather do that. Send me a PM, and I will reply with my mailing addy. EDIT: I had some problems with paypal the last time. People not knowing how to do a nonfee "personal" transaction. For those that would rather do a "normal" paypal purchase, including credit card, just add an additional $2.50 per set, to cover the paypal fees. Thanks. |

I'm curious to know more about the hand-matching of the timing components. ![]() |

I assumed this referred to the length of the chain variations, for chain tension. Dot accuracy would be another possibility. I degree everything now... Lou |

It is matching the 3 components so when they are installed on the engine the chain will not be too tight or too loose, due to manufacturing tolerances, of the individual components. It is done on a fixture. |

Please don't send money, yet. I have to get orders for at least 10 sets. If/when I get enough orders, I will post here, then you will need to send the money. Mike I will keep yours in my paypal acct for now. If the deal doesn't go through, I will refund the money. Unless you want a refund, now. |
